You know, it's interesting (and enlightening). I had so many incredible conversations at the ICE Experience conference this week with owners, lenders, and tech segment decision makers. What do they want? They want better. Better tools, better support, better training, transparency and honesty. And they deserve it. Why is that a resounding narrative? Take my 2 cents for what it's worth, but it's because (some) tech vendors have failed to understand and deliver from the lens of their end-users (and quite frankly, don't care). Tech vendors need to be rolling up their sleeves just like their lenders are doing to survive this market. More listening, less talking. Stop promising, start delivering.
