Do you know what your main priorities are this week? I do: 👉 Solid progress in the search for a Practice Manager 👉 Identification of a Billing & Collections specialist   I’ve been retained for the Practice Manager search, which means an exhaustive search, proactively researching and approaching every viable individual in commutable distance to the firm (based in the South Downs) to attract interest and assess suitability. 🕵♀️ It’s a highly attractive opportunity for a host of reasons. The firm, their culture, the variety in responsibilities and more, not least the 30+ days annual leave. 🏝 The Billing & Collections Specialist is an exclusive search, which involves deep focus search time. It’s proving to be a tricky one, as the firm’s client base is public sector, which make it challenging to match the earning potential of the larger corporate law firms. 🔎 I’m therefore looking for someone who places work/life balance and firm culture as their top priorities as they win hands down on that front. Lovely team, “Best Company to Work For” recognition, plus 28 days leave, 3 days remote working each week and they get away on time too. 🧘♂️ Plenty of other tasks and opportunities I’m working on too, but these two will take up the highest allocation of my time for the week ahead.
