The great Claudio Abbado in rehearsal with the Berliner Philharmoniker
on the differences between one conductor and another, the great Herbert von Karajan and the way the PEOPLE/the orchestra/the organisation are reacting to the different way of interpretation of the well-known notes.
This is in essences, the differences in how we humans do music (non-optimality expressive) and the way algorithms do it.
Is your organisation an organisation of robots or humans?!?

Global Appeal to Musicians: Make a Difference Again!
In times of crisis, music has always been a powerful force for change. Remember Live Aid and “We Are the World”? These events not only united musicians from around the globe but also mobilized millions and brought hope and aid to those in need.
Today, we face new crises with suffering and pain being ignored in Ukraine and Palestine. It’s time to remember the transformative power of our art and unite once more.
Let’s raise the voices and instruments to demand action and justice. Music can be a beacon of hope and an irresistible force for change. If every artist joins this cause, we can create a wave of solidarity that cannot be ignored.
Share this message, use your talent to inspire and mobilize. Let’s show that when music comes together for a common purpose, it can truly make a difference.
We are united in this fight. Let’s use the power of music to turn lament into action and indifference into hope.

Excited to share the first part of this year’s lineup.
And, even more importantly, kickoff a new phase in our campaigns to defeat poverty, defend the planet and demand equity:
- Defeat Poverty – we are calling on the G7 countries to increase their contributions to the International Development Association (IDA) by at least 25 percent, to achieve an IDA replenishment of at least $100 billion by December;
- Defend the Planet – we are campaigning to secure $1 billion to protect and restore the Amazon rainforest, including supporting indigenous communities, who are guardians of 80 percent of the world’s biodiversity; and
- Demand Equity – Calling on governments to commit at least $5 billion collectively to organizations working to provide equitable access to meet peoples’ basic needs. Specifically: We are campaigning for $250 million to Education Cannot Wait to support 20M children in conflict zones to continue their education; and We are campaigning to ensure Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance, is fully funded through to 2030, to help reach the +14 million “zero-dose” children who’ve never received a life-saving vaccine.
🚨 THIS JUST IN: On Sept. 28, Post Malone, Doja Cat, Jelly Roll, Rauw Alejandro, and more will join Global Citizen in Central Park for a day of music and action, hosted by the Greatest Showman himself, Hugh Jackman, with appearances by Dr. Jane Goodall and Coldplay’s Chris Martin! Together, we’ll unite action-takers everywhere to take action to defeat poverty, defend the planet, and demand equity. 🎵 Dive into the Resilient Symphony of Shostakovich 🎵
Unveiling the astounding origins of Dmitri Shostakovich’s 7th Symphony, famously known as the “Leningrad”. Crafted amidst the turmoil of World War II, this masterpiece was born during the siege of Leningrad, symbolizing the indomitable human spirit.
The symphony resonated across the city and beyond, echoing defiance and resilience. It swiftly gained recognition as a beacon of resistance against fascism and totalitarianism, both in the Soviet Union and the West.
🎶 Orchestra and Factory: A Harmonious Analogy 🎶
Ever noticed the striking resemblance between the rhythm coordination of an orchestra and a factory operating at a steady harmonic Markovian stage? In both scenarios, precision and coordination are key.
In an orchestra, each musician plays their part flawlessly, creating a harmonious output. Similarly, in a factory, each component works in sync, leading to efficient production. The steady harmonic Markovian stage in a factory mirrors the state of equilibrium in an orchestra, where all elements function smoothly and predictably.
