Once completed, the Hai Long Offshore Wind Project is expected to power over 1 million homes across Taiwan. This pioneering project will help grow the country's exceptional wind capacity and further establish the country as a leader in offshore wind globally. We are supporting Hai Long Project with various port works, including port engineering and detailed design of Taichung Port hinterland upgrade works. These works are nearing completion and will soon be ready to accommodate wind turbine components such as blades and nacelles. We are also providing site supervision services throughout the project's delivery, and are pleased to be utilising our digital expertise and tools to enable a smooth delivery. Eric Chou, our principal project manager, Taiwan, said: "We have enjoyed supporting the delivery of the Hai Long Offshore Wind Project in various capacities over the last three years. We are pleased to continue to support the project's delivery as site supervisors. Our local team in Taiwan are well equipped with the deep knowledge and expertise needed to deliver this project, and are backed by our global team of specialists, as well as our cutting-edge digital tools." If you'd like to learn more about our work in offshore wind, reach out to Sam Carter, our energy leader for Taiwan.
