Fleet programs, where companies provide vehicles to employees for work purposes like deliveries or meetings, have become less common over the years. However, 45% of new cars sold in the U.S. are still used as company-provided vehicles. Some view a company provided vehicle as a perk, employees can avoid wear and tear on their personal cars. On the other hand, these programs can be complex due to potential tax and liability considerations for both employer and employee. Do you have a company vehicle?
