This verse has always resonated with me, but lately, I’ve been reflecting on how it applies to business too. I believe we’re called to be a light—to stand out, lead with integrity, and create a positive impact in everything we do. Whether it’s through the products we offer, the way we treat our customers, or the example we set as leaders, our actions can be a beacon that draws others in. It’s easy to get caught up in competition, trends, and quick wins. But when we focus on shining our light authentically—bringing value, serving others, and staying true to our core values—we create something that stands the test of time. So whether you’re a small business owner, entrepreneur, or part of a larger team, remember that your influence goes beyond just making sales or hitting targets. It’s about how you show up every day, how you serve, and how you let your light shine in a way that inspires and uplifts those around you. Let’s build businesses that are a reflection of who we are and the values we stand for. Because when we shine our light with purpose and intention, we don’t just grow our businesses—we make the world a little brighter too.

Hey there! 👋 You know what's true about this crazy entrepreneurial ride? None of us makes it alone. Every win, every milestone - there's always someone behind the scenes who helped make it happen. Maybe it's that coffee shop owner who gave you solid advice when you were just starting out. Or that old colleague who became your first client. Think about it - who's been in your corner? Who's that person who believed in you when you were full of doubt? Maybe it's time to shoot them a message or grab a coffee with them. Here's the thing - in business (and life), relationships aren't just nice to have - they're essential. They're like plants - the more you water them, the more they grow. So pick up the phone, join that local business meetup, or finally start that mastermind group you've been thinking about. Let's grow together. Because when we support each other, amazing things happen. Won't you agree?

Building an authentic connection with your audience is everything! We live in a world where people don’t just want to see the end result—they want to relate to your story. The highs, the lows, and everything in between. That’s how you build trust and loyalty with your audience. If you’re a founder, especially a female entrepreneur, it’s essential to document your journey and share the real you. People connect with the human behind the brand, not just the polished image. Your struggles, your wins, and the lessons learned along the way are what make you relatable—and ultimately, what will drive your brand’s growth. 💫 Keep it real, keep it authentic, and watch how it transforms your business. If you need help telling your story, PTT is now accepting new clients! https://buff.ly/2Er6NAS

My sister Lindsay Rosenthal and I built our first business at ages 8 + 12. We started a pet-sitting empire in our neighborhood. We built up 20+ clients every summer on our bike route. Strong entrepreneurs leverage early experiences for future wins. Here is our format for climbing the ladder: 1. Find a market with specific needs 2. Build a community and clientele 3. Improve offerings and raise prices 4. Pivot every few years to a better venture Recognizing market gaps and filling with innovative solutions is key. Maximize potential by treating every gig as a learning opportunity. Now, we're still working together, and dreaming even bigger! Our young business experiences shaped how we do business today. What childhood experiences shaped your professional journey? Share your stories below!
