#service #retainability is very crucial to enhance customer #QoE thus #RAN engineers though inclined to support great RRC establishment on the purely packet-switched LTE, problems such as #radio link degradation due to congestion lead us to advance the configuration of #SRVCC to enable seamless handovers to the legacy circuit-switched networks without service disruption. This is quite an advantage that modern BTS incorporate alongside CSFB capabilities.
