This is motion capture using a single phone with Move AI. No suits or markers required. Quite impressive! The feet do seem to slide a bit in the final video on the right but that could easily be cleaned up. The animation in the center frame of the video looks like it might be the raw mocap data applied to the character. Is that assumption correct? How much manual cleanup work was done for the finished video on the right? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
This autumn we will begin with mocap in school. This video is inspiring.
