Whether it is a family member or a community of people whose needs they help meet, these are the people who take humankind forward. They are the reason why humanity has moved forward to where we are today. 💡 Imagine if Edison created the bulb only for himself and died with his secret. 🛩 Or if the Wright Brothers did not take all the trouble to test and retest what works concerning flight. 🤔 What if Mahatma Gandhi stayed put in South Africa, happy that he had a good life, a good income and status and didn't bother to come back to India to fight and lead India's freedom struggle? ⚖ A lot of times, the losses we encounter are counter-weighed by the wins that someone else has because of us. If someone else won something because we lost something, it is not a loss but a greater WIN for us! 🎯 If you can get the secret behind this message, you may have won something that will keep you going for life! 🔍 Keep giving and keep doing good even when you don't see results. Swimming has historically been touted as not only beneficial for scoliosis, but as a treatment for scoliosis. Interestingly, this recommendation, which has often come from pediatricians and surgeons alike, has never been based in evidence. There is no research to support the effectiveness of swimming as a treatment for scoliosis. That said, if your child/teen is involved in swimming and likes to swim, continue doing it!
