After enjoying the ride at Highspot for just shy of 6 years, I’m excited to announce a #JobChange as I join forces with some familiar faces and the outstanding team at Spekit 🐙 as the Director of Strategic Accounts. 6 years ago I purchased and implemented Highspot while at MongoDB and would have never imagined where my Highspot career would take me, the incredible people I’d get a chance to work with, or even the product conversations I’d get to have with both customers and internal teams. I'd be remiss if I didn't call out that it was Highspot's customers who truly made the biggest impact on me, especially those who have become friends. Thank you all for allowing me the opportunity to support you and your teams. This week I attended Clari's revenue onboarding at HQ. I couldn't be more excited about what's to come. Couple takeaways: -Enterprise AEs, Commercial AMs, RevOps, PMMs, Revenue Development Representatives (RDRs)... you name it, everyone was in the same room learning from each other - that's not the standard and I'm so happy it is here -We have so many amazing new RDRs, not because their predecessors are leaving Clari, but because Maya Connet has built an incredible culture. Her team graduates quickly into other roles across the company. It's the realization of a vision everyone talks about, but very few companies achieve -The time is now - if trusted data and insights aren't powering your revenue cadences - or if you don't have defined cadences... it's just going to get harder to grow your business. As someone lucky enough to work in presales at a presales tech company, I’m constantly impressed by your drive.
