Maintenance planner
Edita is looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our team in one of our plants in 6th of October! Responsibilities: 1. Compile periodic reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually) to ensure Facilities Management Leadership has up to date information for decision making 2. Analyze and report the breakdown per production lines with recommendation. 3. Issue the Preventive Maintenance plan and sending it to be planning team every week, schedule and report their tasks and job order. 4. Manage spare parts inventory. 5. Issuing PR for spare parts according to stock level. 6. Report spare parts movements with recommendation. 7. Participate in the implementation and the coaching of the TPM and Autonomous Maintenance principles. 8. Analyze spare parts inventory requirements and continuously improve inventory control 9. Assist Maintenance supervisors with technical problems as may be required from time to time. 10. Utilize latest maintenance management tools to ensure effective maintenance of all assets 11. Follow up on the execution of any maintenance development initiatives. Requirements : - Bachelor’s degree in engineering - 0-2 Year of experience in a similar field - Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing). Reputable Company is hiring an ( Operations Director ) with the following requirements : Responsibilities: • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends • Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations • Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations • Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues • Run a safe, injury/accident free workplace • Responsible for all aspects of vehicle and heavy equipment rentals • Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health and safety agencies • Manage relationships with key operations vendors • Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels • Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment • Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. In particular, this includes any issues on-site at client facilities, such as breaking a fence or tape residue on flooring • Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints • Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation. • Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings • Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce sub-rental expenses • Communicate with legal counsel and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA and other governmental regulations Requirements: • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering • 15– 20 Years of Experience • Strong technical, analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills. • October/Giza residents are preferable to apply. • Team builder personality Industry • Machinery Manufacturing if you are interested please share your updated C.V with Job title to : mtarek.hr@gmail.com
