🚧 Exciting Update from the Field! 🚧 I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been actively involved in nuclear gauge testing and inspection as a Geotechnical Technician at XE Inspection. This role allows me to contribute to the safety and quality of construction projects by ensuring the materials used meet the highest standards. What is Nuclear Gauge Testing and Inspection? Nuclear gauge testing and inspection are vital processes used to measure the density and moisture content of soil, asphalt, and concrete. These tests provide essential data that help ensure construction materials are reliable and safe for long-term use. Why It Matters: •Precision: Provides accurate measurements that are critical for structural integrity. •Efficiency: Enables quick on-site analysis, reducing project timelines. •Compliance: Ensures materials meet industry and safety standards. My Role: •Conducting field inspections to assess material properties. •Utilizing nuclear gauge technology to perform accurate testing. •Collaborating with engineers and project managers to analyze data and make informed decisions. •Upholding stringent safety protocols and industry regulations. Looking Ahead: As I continue to grow in the geotechnical field, I am excited about the opportunity to expand my expertise and contribute to innovative solutions in construction. AirBANK Training. At MineARC System we provide training to all our employees about our products. We are training to all our employees to develop AirBANK as we are encountering new applications such as AirBANK for Vessels, and Petrochemicals companies in case they need to create a sealed room or safe haven room in case there is an emergency by any release of toxic gases in the outside environment. Today we were creating a shelter in place for 400 people in a vessel / cargo ship, there are many life that depend on us as we create the best products to save life. AirBANK provides rapid pressurization, which is activated and maintained using the AirBANK CONTROL via a simple HMI touch screen. MineARC’s integrated Aura-FX Gas Monitor ensures breathable air remains within acceptable limits. Sealed Rooms can be fitted with supplementary oxygen and carbon dioxide scrubbing systems. A critical requirement for any shelter-in-place location is maintaining internal positive pressure in order to prevent the ingress of toxic gases resulting from an accidental release. MineARC’s AirBANK Pressure System offers a simple modular solution; ensuring occupants remain safe inside of a designated shelter-in-place for a specified duration. AirBANK provides rapid pressurization, which is activated and maintained using the AirBANK CONTROL via a simple HMI touch screen. MineARC’s integrated Aura-FX Gas Monitor ensures breathable air remains within acceptable limits. Alternatively, rooms can be fitted with supplementary oxygen and carbon dioxide scrubbing systems. This is how we are building a successful team that consist of technical people, electricians, and an engineering team who are developing solutions to clients 24 hours a day.
