It also allows for more consistent, accurate, and fast analysis, reducing human errors and biases. I often hear companies talk about labor gaps and it is usually attributed to the trades. However, I have seen a shift from just talking about trades to engineering being a concern. They cannot keep people or are forced to rely on third parties. Furthermore, we have a mass exodus of experienced engineers who do not have time to pass on their tribal knowledge to the next generation.
