Vivo’s market #share in the above Rs 30,000 category rose to a substantial 22 percent in the second quarter of 2023 from just 3 percent in 202o, according to industry reports. Incidentally, 2020 was the year that #Vivo debuted its X-series in #India with the X50. Remember Micromax phones? Ever wondered where they disappeared suddenly? 📱 Micromax was simply importing phones from China and selling them in India. They went unnoticed until hiring Akshay Kumar as their Brand Ambassador. Then things took a turn. In March 2013, Swedish tech giant Ericsson sued Micromax for patent infringement.
