What parts does a car air conditioner consist of? The car air conditioning refrigeration system consists of a compressor, condenser, liquid receiver dryer, expansion valve, evaporator and blower. The components are connected to form a closed system using copper tubes (or aluminum tubes) and high-pressure rubber tubes. When the refrigeration system is working, the refrigerant circulates in this closed system in different states.#CarAirConditioner #CarRadiator #CarCondenser #CarAirConditionerRefrigerationSystem

Hi all, how was the weekend? For this Maintenance Monday I will cover the Importance of Electric Auto Drains in Compressed Air Systems. Let's go. Why it Matters: Ever noticed moisture building up in your compressed air system? If left unchecked, this moisture can lead to rust, blockages, and even equipment failure. The solution? Electric auto drains—a simple yet effective component that automatically removes condensate without manual intervention. How They Work: Electric auto drains are designed to open periodically and discharge accumulated water, oil, and debris from your compressed air system. They’re especially useful for eliminating the guesswork from manual draining and ensuring that moisture doesn’t build up and cause costly damage. Now, if you are still using manual drains, here are a few tips to keep them going. CHECK THEM EVERY DAY, yes, every day. A quick daily interaction will let you know if they are seized. Inspect seals quarterly: Disassemble the manual drain to check the condition of O-rings, gaskets, and other sealing components. Replace any worn or hardened seals. Ensure tightness: Always make sure the valve is fully closed after operation to prevent leaks. If the valve is difficult to close completely, it may need servicing or replacement. I hope these tips help. Call 4164602203 if you have any questions. #London, #Windsor, #Sarnia, #GTA #StThomas

It's that time of year! 🌳 Cottonwood debris can cling to your AC condenser & can limit air flow across those coils. The primary issue will be a drop in efficiency & cooling capacity. Far worse, it can lead to the mechanical components (like the compressor) to overheat, and cause the system to fail. If your condenser resembles this one... 🛑 Shut your system off. 💦 Get regular hose, not a power washer, to clean your condenser. 💪 Spray system exterior from top to bottom, washing the cottonwood & other items to the bottom of system. ✅ Turn system on to check its performance... Enjoy your AC! #homemaintenancetip

Why Isn't My Heat Pump Able To Maintain A Consistent Temperature? A heat pump is an efficient system that does not rely on fossil fuels but instead uses heat transfer to condition air. Here are the common reasons why a heat pump may produce inconsistent temperatures. Heat transfer occurs through the use of refrigerant. If the refrigerant level is low or it is not flowing properly, it can cause fluctuating temperatures. An incorrectly placed thermostat can cause incorrect signals between the thermostat and the heat pump. A properly positioned thermostat should read the overall temperature of the room and not be influenced by sunshine or drafty windows. A heat pump cools and heats from a single appliance, so they are designed with a reversing valve to accommodate which type of conditioning is needed. A stuck valve could cause a problem with temperatures., sending cool air when heat is desired. We offer heat pump repair in Cleveland. Call us today! #HeatPumpRepair

Don’t let your Choke Panels hydraulic fluid gum up during these below freezing temps coming in. There’s no shame in insulating your choke panel w/heat blankets so your fluid doesn’t thicken and you maintain viscosity in your fluid. Worst thing is needing to operate that choke and it won’t move because your fluid is gummed up or frozen over. Be preventative just in case. Better safe than being in a well control issue with a non operational choke console and hoses. ryan.dauphin@cannonoilfield.com www.cannonoilfield.com #drilling #consultants #oilandgasindustry
