We're now against bringing anyone in fully remote in our UK business so I would pass on this individual, An email I received from a client this week. The recruitment market is tightening, and remote working, especially for recruiters with less than 5 years’ experience, is becoming less common. This trend is not limited to the UK but also extends to the US, Europe, and Australia. It seems that by 2025, the recruitment landscape may revert to its pre-COVID state, where remote work was primarily for those in business development or with extensive experience and a proven track record.
