Without question - remote work is the biggest labor force shift we’ve seen in decades. When it comes to its ramifications, the truth is, we just don’t know enough yet.  We haven’t fully appreciated the impact that remote/in-office work has had on client companies, candidate careers and the economy as a whole.     That’s why a lot of companies find themselves in a tricky “trilemma” - should they let their staff go fully-remote, hybrid or work in the office full-time? This decision can be the difference between catastrophic business failure and dramatic success.    As recruiters, our ability to do right by the people we serve comes down to understanding this trilemma.
