Wonderful interview with Susan Conrad containing several great nuggets like this.
“Let go of the ‘Terms “imposter syndrome”… Our growth and development comes in the doing - in every position at every level. Even the most “expert” people are in a position of inexperience during their career and can feel unprepared or unqualified. That’s part of the growing and development process. It’s in these times that we learn, build capabilities and confidence. Challenge yourself to say yes more than you say no.”
Say yes and give yourself the grace to go do and learn!

The Pony Group today realised how position 1 is in charge, that 2 has the role of backing up position 1 and 3 is the "energy".
I have said before that the leaders of tomorrow are educated today, and that's exactly what Jim, Dainty and Squirrel have done! Good job team!
