Recruitment Specialist | Entertainment, Gaming, Localization and AI | Connecting the best talents to the right opportunities
𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧? 🎯 I signed up here for the first time on December 8th, 2013. Yes… more than 10 years ago. I came here looking for a job because this was the place to be back then. Yes, the place “to be” but not necessarily do anything else. I’m back for the same reason. I was fired and we all need to make a living, let’s be real. But some things are different. Here is what changed in my profile and me: ✅ I’m using my talent to advocate for myself. As a recruiter, I have always used my skills to help companies or candidates. Now, I’m investing my experience and skills and making myself better. ✅ I’m being proactive. I post, read, share, comment, and give support because I genuinely love it. ✅ Expanding my reach on LinkedIn can help me increase my brand awareness and unlock new opportunities. ✅ I’m real. I never liked this archaic perspective about LinkedIn that we cannot show ourselves as we really are. Always keeping our distance and saying what we are supposed to say to get through. ✅ Like most people here, I know what I want. And I’ll keep working to get it. ✅ I’m enjoying the journey: The people I’m meeting and all the things I’m learning are worth every minute of my time here. I’m more conscious now that I need to cultivate myself to be helpful to others. So, I’m still #opentowork but I’m not just looking for a job, I’m paving the way for a better future as a recruitment professional while I get there. And you? Did you ever think about your real reason for being on LinkedIn? #womenempoweringwomen #recruiters #recruiting #vendormanagement #localizationrecruiter #humanizerecruitment #humanresources #careers #linkedin #careers
