As a sales / business development professional in the construction industry, I encounter various barriers when prospecting. Below are some common barriers I face while prospecting construction services: - Getting past the gatekeeper - Establishing a connection with decision-makers - Meeting required safety metrics - Price and reputation - Executing a mutually agreeable contract and assignment of risk It's not always clear whether clients are aware of these challenges.
