Honestly, if you are asked to conduct interviews as a part of your job role but you do not want to do them, make it clear to the company. As the person on the other side taking the interview isn't enjoying your attitude. I get a lot of messages from people who take interviews with companies and it is very obvious the person conducting does not want to be there.

Do you ever get pumped after a great interview? Well, I do! It's not always easy sitting through a ton of interviews, but the great ones make it worth it. This particular candidate excelled at: 1. Making the presentation his own 2. Addressing challenging questions with a calm demeanor that I aspire to emulate consistently 😅 3.
