Hey Tara Rummer, louder for the people at the back! All, if you've been following us for a while you'll know that company culture is something we talk about ad nauseam. Having a defined company culture makes hiring and retention a breeze. Why? Because you know who you're looking for, and the people that work for you understand what you stand for and know how to conduct themselves as a member of the team. To anyone who is struggling to define your company's culture I recommend bringing your team together and asking them what they think.

I'm feeling a little sassy today on #TaraBytes! This definitely been my #SpicyMonday. If you want to get heated with me, watch the video. TL/DW. Thanks for sharing my little rant about company culture! It amazes me how some companies don't understand it's not pizza parties, and nap pods. Perks are great, they're not a company culture. It starts with your company's values and beliefs and ensures the staff you hire embody those beliefs!
