I'd like in the 51st year of CSi to have the ability to introduce random wave loads (spectrum - not only solitary waves) to semi-submerged structures within SAP2000, including influencing water properties like viscosity, temperature, etc, as well as large members buoyancy, water-filled or empty members and/or hydrodynamic added mass provisions), and marine growth for the underwater parts of the structure.

I recieve all the things mentioned below. All the love, peace, clarity, healing, strength, happiness, prosperity, abundance, opportunity, and understanding. Who doesn't want that? The key is how? It all leads to our accountability. It will be the action and intentionality specifically with you and me. What will you do to yield these outcomes? I will give love more to receive it, my actions will provide more grace and empathy. I will have more peace by taking the action of boundaries and releasing things I don't control. I will have more clarity by asking more questions and truly understanding others intentions and for me not to knee-jerk react to their behavior based on my perspective. I will have more healing in June by letting go of the past failures with relationships, finances, business endeavors and career aspirations. I could go on and complete this list but I want you to see that manifesting isn't just about hoping and receiving, it is moving in the direction of becoming it. Its takes self-reflection, maybe professional coaching. Above all, it's work and intentional actions. One of my favorite questions I like to ask my clients are “What are you going to do about”. Good Opportunity

We threw our 2nd once-in-a-lifetime event in less than 3 weeks late last month. It was an incredible affair that raised the bar on the ultra -luxury experience. Simultaneously it was a executed with many sustainability initiatives taking place in the background. From Winnow's A.I. system being used in kitchens to mitigate food waste to a focus on local produce and proteins. From compostable/biodegradable serviceware when reusable wasn't an option to reusable bottles given to use at refill stations across property to even a drone show to replace fireworks. We brought in additional recycling bins to process the massive increase in cardboard, have expanded warehouses to house the incredible installations/decorations for future events and all the trees/shrubs installed to make magical settings around the resort are being transferred to new permanent homes or to temporary homes in a new nursery we are building in order to reuse/replant trees for the future. All of these initiatives not only help save the environment and support local businesses, but also save the resort money on the bottom line. Can't wait to see what we do next.

For the past five years, I've set ambitious goals, driven by a desire to achieve greatness. Yet, as I look back, I must admit to our failure. Each year, despite our best efforts, those goals remained unattained. The truth is, those goals were gigantic—from adding 100 team members to multiplying revenue by 10, and establishing five new offices. But this year, as I stood before my team at our annual anniversary event, I presented a goals deck unlike any other. Instead of these gigantic ambitions, I chose to focus on the power of small victories. Each goal was carefully crafted to be achievable, realistic, and most importantly, human. Some may look at our goals and deem them insignificant, too small to make a dent in the grand scheme of things. But I've come to realize that it's the accumulation of these small victories, year after year, that will pave our path to creating MediaX | A Creative Growth Agency, a remarkable agency. And so, as I share our aspirations for the year ahead, I do so with a newfound sense of hope and excitement. For the first time in years, I am confident—truly confident—that we will achieve every single goal outlined in the attached PDF. Here's to celebrating the small victories 🚀 #MediaX
