Gloria is a first-generation college grad who balances working full-time while getting her degree, all while becoming a new mom. Gloria has almost 9 of those years with MSUFCU and in that time has worked hard towards their goal of being a commercial lender and helping businesses in Greater Lansing and beyond.

That's a valuable insight. Addressing this challenge is crucial, as it disproportionately impacts students from marginalized communities, often limiting their access to top-tier educational institutions. By tackling the financial barriers faced by students from low-income backgrounds, we can work towards building more inclusive and equitable systems. This will not only empower these students to excel academically but also provide them with the opportunities and resources needed to reach their full potential, ensuring a fairer and more diverse academic landscape.
