On the other hand, youths have also to maintain the culture of our culture, all good values in the societies, development projects, etc.   Youth is the backbone of any nation. The Play to Lead study, released by the Women's Sports Foundation, shines a powerful light on the life-changing impact of youth sports in shaping women’s leadership. The research highlights not only the leadership benefits of sports participation but also the ongoing need to invest in girls' sports programs. Key Findings: 🔑 67% of women say they've carried skills from sports into adulthood. 🔑 Nearly half credit sports for their leadership development. 🔑 Top skills learned: teamwork (73%), learning from mistakes (53%), and handling pressure (51%). In 2022, We did lead the way. Making it clear that Youths can. Vying for the Office of the Speaker KISII County Assembly was indeed an eye opener, self challenge and great political stride. I did it for us, the Youth. We should never shy when bringing change for the benefit of our community. A new diversified experience for all. Sharing and interacting with the Kisii Members of County Assembly did give me a different perspective on how we Youths are perceived by the older generation and fellow brothers and sisters in leadership.
