Sometimes you have to pick up the phone. 📲 When I first conceived of the Client Service Academy in 2018, I didn’t realize this would become a key point in one of our lessons. But here we are. The nature of work and generational differences/preferences about communication are a real thing. We have to adapt and communicate with people the way THEY want to communicate. That’s what’s effective. If you don’t address this directly, things take longer and are more stressful. And clients don’t get your best work.
