This kind of technology is exciting. Some may see a piece of equipment that takes jobs away from people. We see a piece of equipment that allows people to be people by getting them out of the dust and in front of clients providing a better experience for all. How long until this tech is the main labor for resurfacing concrete?

If I were looking for a job, I know the #1 'green flag' I'd look for. A 'No Dickheads' rule. A 'No Dickheads' rule tells you, at this company we care about how people treat each other. We care about it as much as we care about technical excellence. That's why years ago, Rebecca Hamilton and I sat outside on a patch of grass and decided 'No Dickheads' would be one of Koru Kids' very first rules. 8 years on, it's still a fave. To my knowledge, we've never had a dickhead in the team, but I always ask people to tell me immediately if they suspect one has snuck in. (No one ever has.)
