It's going to be an amazing role (I think I'm fun to work with and overall a pretty good manager/leader). The data centers and logistics centers that make our economy tick, the research centers where science moves forward, the offices where you get your greatest work done. For many of those spaces, there’s a company behind them: CBRE. And we mean from the smile when you walk in the door, to the complex electrical systems deep underground. We run more buildings than anyone else on earth, and we are going to spend the coming years pushing the envelope of what it means to run all of these with operational excellence and an eye to the human experience within." I tend to be a pretty eclectic hirer. This person needs to have incredible business acumen and to understand how large organizations work (I'll need help), but in general I'm looking for a brilliant mind in a personality that colleagues are going to light up to get to interact with.
