What do you do with 1,824 students with a drive for success and 202 employers with a desire to hire? You bring them together at the Business Career Fair. With record breaking student attendance, the Fall 2024 Business Career Fair was one to remember. Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and energy to make the day more successful than we could have ever imagined. Matt has been the Director of BCS since 2005 and has diligently served the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business. Through his tenure with us, he has maintained a student outcomes rate of over 90% every year and dedicated his time and energy into ensuring our student's success. Countless students, staff, and faculty have been impacted by Matt's legacy, either directly or indirectly, through his work. Business Career Services would not be where it is today without his guidance, leadership, and devotion, and we will miss seeing his friendly face every day. 🌟 Swinging into New Connections! 🏌️♂️ Last Friday, we had the pleasure of hosting our largest-ever BCS Networking Golf Tournament at Gustin Golf Course, welcoming 60 students and 26 employers for a fantastic day on the greens! ⛳ This event is more than just a game - it's a unique opportunity for students and employers to connect in a relaxed environment, fostering new relationships over a shared passion for golf. We witnessed both new and familiar faces bring their A-game, showcasing the power of networking beyond the traditional settings. 🤝 Thank you to all the sponsors who showed their support for the event this year: Bass Pro Shops, Deloitte, and Renaissance Financial for sponsoring holes; Bass Pro Shops for sponsoring the driving range; BDO for sponsoring the golf carts; Heartland Coca-Cola for donating sodas & drinks for the day!
