Items we have the greatest difficulty getting for clients include men’s clothing of all types, larger sizes of women’s clothing, and shoes in good condition for both men and women. Our clients need clothing for all kinds of activities including work, casual and dressy events, sports, and more. With the colder months approaching, there is a particular need for winter boots, coats, fleece jackets, gloves, hats, and scarves. If you are decluttering your closets this fall, please consider donating any winter items you may no longer need to benefit folks in our community. Your donation is most likely to go to a client if it is something you would proudly give to a friend or relative. Good donations are new or gently used, in complete working condition (with no missing buttons, broken zippers, and without tears, stains, or visible wear or damage). Donations should be free from strong odors like perfume, smoke, mothballs, or mustiness, and never wet. We offer packing! 📦 Let us handle all the packing, ensuring all your treasures items are transported safely, so you can focus on living and enjoying your life rather than months of turmoil packing, living out of boxes and clutter, while trying to locate misplaced items. 🚀🚀🚀Cleo's Cloths Update!🚀🚀🚀 Firstly some news - our website has soft-launched!!! No shop, and not mobile friendly yet, but we plan to have that all in place by the time we're ready for the full launch with actual products! Now onto the main update - Our Donation Gurantee - One of the main principles of our new company is that it supports children's hospitals and family charities as much as possible with every purchase. Anyone who's ever run a retail business will know that this is a challenge! Margins are typically quite small in retail as people seek bargains, and large retailers are able to reduce their per-item margins in favour of higher sales volumes. After a lot of testing and planning, we've finally settled on a donation gurantee that we believe is sustatinable and acheivable. Our guarantee is a 3:1 ratio model: For every 3 items bought, we donate 1. Most importantly, this doesn't have to be in a single purchase, we set aside 1/3 of a donation for every product purchase, and every few months we will donate all of all the products that have built up. Even better, we're looking into a way of showing in real-time on our website, how many donations have stacked up (and how many have been sent to charities already).
