This week I tested out Napkin.ai and its pretty sweet. Its a new AI-powered tool that transforms text into visuals like infographics and flowcharts. This is a really interesting and different approach to visual generation I haven't really seen anywhere else. I don't think Midjourney, ChatGPT4o or Firefly could come close to creating visual diagrams (with text) that are as useful as this for websites and presentations...they just can handle text this well. Maybe Copilot could do this in Powerpoint, but I'm skeptical. Here is the workflow I tried in this screen shot: 🔷 Took a transcript of a 15min podcast I'm working on. 🔷 Uploaded the transcript to Claude 🔷 Asked Claude to create a one paragraph summary to be used to create a diagram 🔷 Pasted the paragraph into Napkin.ai I thought the result gave an excellent overview of the main points. The download options were the only thing I didn't like. PDF was the only option, but the diagram is all vector. 👊 I'm excited to follow this tool and see how it evolves. I could also see this useful in brainstorming and ideation of complex flowcharts and process diagrams. #AI #Infographics #Diagrams #Productivity #Napkin

We're trusting these algorithms to craft inspiring posts that are as thought provoking as the left over screw from your Ikea flat pack while jumbling a few #hashtags #together.🙄 #AIGeneratedContent #HumanOversightOptional #HashtagOverload 🤦♀️ Just because an AI slaps a few trendy keywords together doesn't mean it understands the nuances of human communication - much like a toddler trying to give a TED talk – cute, but ultimately meaningless. Here's the thing: IF YOU ARE using an "Automation AI," most likely, SO ARE YOUR COMPETITORS How do you expect to stand out from the crowd when you're all spouting the same nonsensical jargon? 🗣️💩 "Leverage your agile synergies to disrupt the paradigm!" Give me a break. The solution? Human intervention! Or as we all know it... Human Oversight! It takes less than a minute to give your AI-generated content a once-over and make sure it actually makes sense. You've already saved time by letting the machines do the heavy lifting, so don't be lazy and let them crash and burn on their own. So, for the sake of our collective sanity, let's all pledge to bring a little human oversight back into the mix. Read your posts, fix the formatting, and make sure your content isn't just a jumble of buzzwords and emojis.
