MULLENLOWE OPCO “Be Creative Or Die” 18th to 20th Oct Nuwara Eliya Golf Club Marking the month of October in the agency’s calendar, the country’s top ad professionals who form OpCo at MullenLowe-Sri Lanka met under the theme, “Be Creative or Die”. To complement the altitude of 6,129 feet, elevated discussions and debates and comprehensive presentations were animatedly held by the group. This Q4 session is key for planning our strategic initiatives for 2024 to create added value for all our stakeholders and consistently gain a stronger footing in the market. As with all MullenLowe events, an equal share of time was spent in team building and fellowship. We strongly believe that an investment in their skills and working dynamics automatically creates efficacy; and the investment in shared experiences serves to solidify culture, social cohesion, and a shared team identity.
