For our next session sneak peak, we are highlighting the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP). SCUP is a community of higher education professionals who, through integrated planning strategies, are building a sustainable future for higher education. “In a nutshell, integrated planning engages all sectors of the academy—academic affairs, student affairs, business and finance, campus planning, IT, communications, development, and more—and involves all stakeholders— faculty, students, staff, alumni, and external partners—to work together toward a common vision. Integrated planning is not a one-time event but a durable framework to create the infrastructure for institutional thriving. Integrated planning links resources, processes, and people with an institution’s mission, vision and core values. Join us for a conversation about the SCUP Integrated Planning model and how it can help bring your community together and unleash your institution's potential. Spend time with colleagues and a SCUP facilitator discussing how the concept of Integrated Planning can be implemented on your campus." Register your team today to be a part of these transformative conversations! #multiculturalspaces #higheredsummit #inclusivespaces #summit2024 #multiculturallounges #workshoparchitects #studentspaces #leadersandbest #goblue

Each year, the HUCSC Executives develop a unique roadmap for their term, reflecting their platforms and student experiences. The roadmap is crafted with a deep commitment to representing and supporting students, enhancing student life, and steering the HUCSC effectively, serving as a comprehensive guide for the Executives. The roadmap focuses on five key areas that guide the daily activities and long-term goals of the Executives and the HUCSC by promoting affordability, inclusivity, and collaboration within the campus community. This roadmap is more than a strategic plan for the HUCSC; it is a commitment to every student at Huron ❤️ Check out the link to learn more about the Executive Roadmap: https://shorturl.at/tGGjW

Moving your Portrait of a Graduate from "poster to practice" can be a huge challenge. Districts often face hurdles like: 🧠 Shifting long-established mindsets ✋ Engaging all stakeholders 🤔 Aligning day-to-day teaching practices with the Profile’s vision On top of that, ensuring every student can develop and demonstrate the competencies outlined in the Graduate Profile is CRUCIAL. (If you don't, what's the point?) If you haven't done so recently, ask yourself, "How are we enabling students to actively show they're exemplifying our Profile?" ACSA shared a great blueprint emphasizing the need to move from vision to action. If it's been a while, it’s worth a fresh look. https://lnkd.in/gfD3cXeF Need support in getting students more involved in demonstrating those competencies? I'd be happy to share what's working well! #K12Superintendents #EdLeadership #StudentSuccess #PortraitOfAGraduate #ContinuousImprovement

Amazing story here for a quick read. Love to see this aid being offered and given to students and the positive impact it has on their education. Also proud Slalom implemented it 😊 #HigherEducation #Education #SlalomSalesforce #SlalomProud #ImWithSlalom #LoveYourLifeAndWork #salesforce
I am delighted to share a new case study highlighting Slalom's collaboration with Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Australia. 🎓 Together, we've revamped the university’s Student Welfare processes, making it easier for students to navigate challenges outside the classroom. Now, students can request support seamlessly, while advisors can proactively engage with at-risk students. The impact of this project is significant: in the first-term post-Salesforce implementation, RMIT saw a remarkable 60% increase in students seeking financial aid—and those who sought financial assistance, regardless of whether they received it, were more likely to remain enrolled a year later.
