It’s easy to make perfectly tender and extra juicy steak!! Important Tips 👉 Ensure frozen steaks are completely thawed. 👉 Remove steaks from the refrigerator and allow them to sit out for 30 minutes before cooking. 👉 Do not press on steaks as they cook, this presses out the juices. 👉 Once cooked remove the steak from the pan to rest. If you leave it in the pan, it will continue cooking. 👉 As with all meats, rest steaks at least 5-10 minutes before cutting. . . . . . #MeatloversMeat #MumbaiMeatCompany #ReadyToEat #delightfull #steak #steakhouse #striploinsteak #steaklover #meatlover #meatloversdelight #SteakSensation #buffsteaks #cookdelight

how do you grill or frying prefer Way steaks?🤔 😋The ideal cuts for grilling/frying:# Rib-eye steak, #T-bone steak, #Fillet steak, Sirloin steak, #Rump steak. 🥩 This is the preferred method for cooking steaks as it allows quick cooking and good temperature control. The steak should ideally be room temperature before cooking; this serves to prevent a rare steak from remaining cold at its centre whilst being cooked on its exterior (as it might have been taken straight from a refrigerator). The technique 😀given is known as the ‘Maillard technique’. It involves cooking a steak at a very high temperature, turning frequently to promote caramelisation without burning. It produces a crisp, caramelised outer layer whilst keeping the inner steak moist.🕺 1. Heat a cast iron pan until smoking hot. 2. Rub a little oil on both sides of a room temperature steak. Add a little salt, but no pepper (as this will burn and turn bitter). 3. Place the steak in the hot pan for 15 seconds. Turn over and repeat. 4. Continue turning the steak every 15 seconds until the desired temperature is reached. 5. Remove the steak from the pan and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before seasoning and serving.100%

The art of grilling pizza... Yes, grilling pizza is a thing! The trick is to cook the plain dough first, on one side, on the grill. Then remove it, flip it, brush the grilled side with sauce and toppings (any meat must be precooked), and return the pizza to the grill for final cooking. The result is a delightful sort of wood fired pizza oven concept. Pizza and pool party? Yes, please! #grillingpizza #grillinandchillin #summergrilling #pizzaparty #grillingtips
