Sami, our portfolio company, has secured an additional R$60 million in funding to accelerate its growth in 2025 and advance its mission of providing accessible, sustainable health solutions to underserved segments in Brazil. The Series B extension round was led by Mundi Ventures and StoneX Brasil, with participation from existing investors, including monashees, Valor Capital Group and Redpoint eventures. Sami currently manages 21,000 lives across more than 10,000 companies—primarily small businesses and micro-entrepreneurs—offering digital health services with a focus on preventive care. The new investment will support Sami's expansion plans and the development of new products, following a year dedicated to restructuring and process improvements.
