Watched all your shows religiously. I believe in the "do it properly once!". With Corp greed and Corp profiteering on the home material prices these days, nobody can afford a house based on even YOUR min designed build! $52 for a $18 bag of R12-15. Or 2x4 8ft usually $2.25 - $2.75 is now creeping back up to $5 & $6. Yet a toilet only went up $25!? Seriously? A MAAX 1 piece acrylic tub in 2006 retailed for $1800. Last year it was only $1900. But $125 for a first G1S! Mygawd!
