Women's ambition is currently on the rise, driven in part by the increased availability of workplace flexibility. Nevertheless, despite notable progress achieved through determined efforts, women's proportional representation is not advancing at an equivalent rate. Hopefully by perceiving the misconceptions described in this research, organizations can find a way forward that completely discards antiquated perspectives and propels women's advancement with greater speed! 🚀
