🎯The best part is when organizations accommodate those with unapparent #disabilities, those who don't have those particular needs benefit as well. Who doesn't need a quiet time at one time or another?! When you design a work or play environment for those who are historically marginalized, you increase access and remove structural barriers for everyone. That #compassion demonstrated for a person or group in their particulary context is #culturalintelligence in action. That action creates more overall retention, engagement and commitment within any organization.
