A new week is a new opportunity to do great work. But how do you objectively measure your team's performance over time? How do you benchmark that performance against industry standards? Above all, how do you know if you are ahead or behind your competition? In this video, hear from Roar Fosse, chief advisor of operational excellence at Skanska Norway, about how he and his teams use Hoylu to track their project performance and build enduring excellence into the organizational culture of Skanska. Yesterday I had the pleasure of talking about how BIM standards and participation in Danish and international standardization can help prepare your company for the EU industrial strategy that emphasizes a swift green and digital transition in the building sector at BIM World Copenhagen 2024. Aligning your BIM processes with European and international standards will help prepare your company for current and coming green EU regulation and will aid in streamlining your company’s data and information, for easier documentation of compliance. Together with Lisbet Landfald from Standard Norge Norway we talked about how you prepare for the updated EU Industrial strategy seen from a standards and standardization perspective and how your inputs can help form current and future standards. Today BIM World Copenhagen 2024 continues with more insights and talks about BIM and how this can help the building sector become more sustainable through digitalization.
