Thought the concept of mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) is more like integration of point-to-point transit systems, but, I consider this is a core example of MaaS. The main point to note here is that staff knows in which vehicle the differently-able person is present. Of course, this isn’t possible without coordinated communication and dedicated serviceability.
