Each job is important regardless of level or salary. Employers must understand and accept we are all in a new phase of changing rules and requirements for each job. The business world is moving forward and we must keep progressing. Employers need to focus on work-vs-real life. Employee longevity also focuses on the work day and after hours. Personal time and family responsibilities as an example for Employees & Management do not need to be explained. During working hours if issues arise a private conversation is reasonable. All Policies need constant updating with Company Principles & Real Consideration. Positivity and Value to each employee and the company are always the goal.
