This week we have been reminiscing about when we redefined our purpose at Sponge. It was hands down one of the most important and impactful things we’ve done as a team in recent history. But it got me thinking. How many businesses miss out on this kind of impact, merely because they don’t know what an awesome purpose statement ought to contain? So here is the recipe we use when we help our clients define their purpose statement. The ultimate purpose statement is a fusion of three things: 1. What you do  2. The outcome you create  3.
