As I make my way to the 2024 PGA Golf Show I look back on many questions I have been asked from clients, prospects, cigar lovers and golfers, so I wanted to drop a post to address some of these questions and possibly offer more insight into the Greenside Cigar Company. https://lnkd.in/gMb9avtJ And, if you are attending the show please stop by booth #2779 and say hello! Q: Are these just cheap gimmick cigars, I mean come on Birdie, Bogey, Snowman… A: Absolutely not… Greenside Cigars are manufactured by some of the finest factories in the business. We currently offer 10 different cigar types at 10 different price points; covering nearly every different cigar combination and appealing to a wide range of experience types and budgets. All of our products originate from some of the best cigar making countries in the world, including: Nicaragua, Ecuador, Dominican Republic and other areas in the Caribbean and Central America. Our brands are hand-made from the same countries and factories as many of the other traditional and reputable brands, guaranteeing exceptional quality that would not only impress the first-time cigar buyer, but the well-seasoned veteran. Once you smoke one of our cigars you will see how exceptional they are. Q: Well if they are so good and made with the finest leaf, how can you offer such huge margins? A: At Greenside Cigars we act as both the manufacturer and the distributor of our own trademarked, golf branded cigars. Therefore we control more of the product (including the distribution) and are able to return many of the savings and margins back to our retailers - the golf course. Additionally, because of our controlled distribution exclusively to golf locations, you won’t have to worry about cheap online, discounted competition. Your MSRPs will be protected and the best value found, and leave customers with the sense that they couldn’t have found the same cigar for less anywhere else. Q: What about all the name brand cigars? Some of my golfing buddies like Cohiba, Oliva and others…can you get those too? A: Of course! Being in the cigar industry, Greenside Cigars has access to redistribute over 300 different “traditional” brands. However, having to sell the traditional cigar brands will leave clubs competing against these large, online discounted websites like jrcigars.com and cigarsinternational.com where they have those sames cigars advertised for 25-60% under prices that courses sell them. Most cigar guys wanting those traditional brands are aware of a dozen or more sites like this, and will most likely order them online and bring them onto your course, leaving golf courses with no leverage or incentive to offer these traditional cigars.
