How it navigates the challenges of sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) could redefine its global reputation and operational ethos. As part of my Capstone paper for the M.S. in Public Relations and Corporate Communication at New York University, under the guidance of faculty sponsor Linda Dukette, I am exploring an study titled "Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility in the Airline Industry: Mitigating Backlash and Enhancing Reputation."
