Project Spotlight: Saint George’s Island, Manchester We are pleased to support Starfish Construction in the remediation of this residential project. As the Principal Contractor, they oversee all aspects, including the replacement of combustible cladding and timber decking to meet fire safety standards. We proposed the Luxura A1 fire-rated decking as the ideal replacement for the timber balcony decks, balancing aesthetics, safety, and installation efficiency.
