We often get stuck at a point where research no longer seems to give any clear results, or we can say interpretation, the way we wanted but hold on, Many of the discoveries that happened in the past were very unexpected. In 1928, while the British bacteriologist Alexander Fleming was on vacation, a moldy fungus invaded one of the petri dishes in his lab. Upon his return, Fleming noticed the problem but also that the bacteria did not grow around the intruder. The fungus, a member of the penicillium genus, contained a substance which, once purified, would become the first powerful antibiotic. Often we ignore the data and results, but there is always something hidden, which may be key to beginning a new hypothesis. One of the best ways to discuss this with experts. When you’re running a marathon, you’re doing it for yourself. It’s a personal goal, an ambition, and a personal milestone you want to achieve. Maybe you’re in it for the medal, or to prove something to yourself, to increase your fitness level, or to push the boundaries of what you can achieve. Running a marathon or half-marathon is a huge accomplishment, and undoubtedly something to be proud of.   But what I don’t think people understand about entrepreneurship, especially in biotech, is that we’re not doing this for us.
