For businesses aiming to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere sustainably and effectively, consider these steps: 1. Shift to solar, wind, or other renewable energy sources to reduce carbon emissions. 2. Implement carbon capture and storage (CCS) systems in industrial processes. 3. Fund large-scale tree planting and forest restoration initiatives. 4. Upgrade to energy-efficient systems and processes to reduce overall carbon footprint. 5. Invest in or create carbon offset projects to balance emissions. 6. Implement Green Building Practices: Design and construct buildings with sustainable materials and technologies.
