Just returned from an enchanting family trip through Walt Disney World, a place I hadn’t been to since I was a kid. From battling the First Order to soaring through Pandora, the experience left me in awe and elevated my expectations for what a truly exceptional customer experience should be. At Disney, every guest is treated like a VIP, with personalized interactions and attention to detail that make each visit unforgettable. It's clear that their success stems from a deep understanding of their guests and a commitment to exceeding their expectations at every turn. The hardest step of acting on feedback is getting you, the user, to share it. IndiGo made it super easy for me. Nearing the end of my flight, The cabin crew showed up with an empty ticket and asked me for my review. This simple act did 3 things: ✅ Made me feel "special" The gesture, unlike a generic digital survey, conveyed that my opinion was valued highly enough to warrant personal attention. ✅ Broke the monotony of the flight I was approached when the excitement of takeoff had long passed and the anticipation of landing had not yet begun. ✅ Pushed me to introspect Receiving a handwritten note made me more inclined to reciprocate the effort by providing thoughtful feedback. Overall, took me from “ugh, boring” to “oh, cool!” P.S. Do you fly IndiGo?

I would love to do an online call with product people exclusively from the inflight industry ✈️ This industry is unique and Idiosyncratic, so we could learn together, discuss product approaches and frameworks, learn how to build inflight products, market trends, product teams, and much more. In-person would be ideal, but quite expensive. If there's interest, this could be an actual physical event someday.
