Today marks my 🔟 anniversary at Exadel 🎉 This is a good time to reflect on why I am still here, even though sometimes I feel the urge for change. In these moments, I ask myself the following questions: - Do the company's values still match my own? - Is the company still growing? - Does my contribution still bring significant value to the company? - Does the company appreciate what I do? - Am I surrounded by professionals at a higher level that I can aspire to? - Are there people who benefit from my experience and expertise? - Is there a supportive environment here that believes in me? - Can I continue to gain new experiences here? - By working in this company, do I become stronger and more skilled both as a professional and as a person? And year after year, I get a "YES" to all these most important questions. Of course, like any company, there are challenges here, but they do not overshadow the benefits I see for my professional and personal growth. I am grateful for these 10 years and look forward to the future with optimism, expecting new opportunities and achievements 👐

Hola! As another year ends, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone that has supported PARIETTI in 2023. I tried to segue in a metaphorical pun about time to log off the internet and put a log on the fire, but I couldn’t quite make it work. Or have I... One of the most special things this year has been the interactions and conversations with everyone who has been a customer, who we met at events, who just got in touch to say lovely things, and all those who offered their advice, time and expertise in helping PARIETTI develop, pedal by pedal. The (bio) fuel that keeps us going are all the special connections created by all of you. Thank you so much, it means so much and it powers us on. It is mind blowing that nearly all sportswear is unsustainably made from cheap virgin polyester derived from oil. That’s cycling too. Creating outdoor clothing that is ironically destroying our freedom to enjoy so many places around the world. The freedom of riding is incredibly special. It’s therapy, recreation, exercise, social connectivity, exploration, discovery and more all rolled into a single ride. And that’s sometimes the commute to work.  And just like that feeling of riding deep pow in winter, or surfing a glassy wave in summer, cycling offers you a natural high from life’s day-to-day. Parietti was started to help protect and promote that special freedom. Firstly, to become a “Patagonia for Cycling” creating the most responsibly made clothing with a “Leave No Trace” mantra (having an unachievable mantra means you never stop striving to improve) and secondly to create a more inclusive brand, away from the pressures of metrics and focusing on that freedom cycling affords. Living for the ride, not the finish time. Freeriding as we call it. It feels like all we can read about at times is big legacy brands engaging in a race to the bottom, through continuous year long sales, while churning out virgin polyester kits alongside intangible sustainability targets. If you can and you believe, please do keep supporting all the amazing smaller brands out there making a difference. It means the world. Literally. Remember, there is a plethora of good things and abundance around you. There is so much to be thankful for literally all the time. And maybe sometimes, it’s tough to do that. Thought patterns and circumstances, amirite? There is so MUCH LIFE we experience each and every second. There’s a trick to seeing it though. You must have the eyes to see it. 👀 The perspective. 🧐 In a way the knowledge 📚 Start small like a mustard seed. Answer these 1. What’s something you’re thankful for today? 2. What’s something you’re thankful for right now? 3. What’s something you appreciate right now/today? 4. Who’s someone you love and appreciate right now? Why? 5. Tell them, text them, call them, connect, now, let them know. Do it even if it’s a small text. 6. Notice how you feel 7. Rinse and repeat. Gather the good then share it out 🙂
