Some of his key points were around: - we have falling #fertility, but we do also also leverage immigration at scale - However we are not introducing as many new workers into the workforce as are retiring out (we are in the #babybust, and it will drive automation and #mechanisation) - the relentless obsession and pursuit of #lifestyle is shown in data for the for the Australian population - almost 30% of the Australian population was born overseas - this is almost double most other countries - the impact of one of the three population peaks (currently ~35yo) as they plan their #foreverhomes while seeking to maintain their lifestyle preferences - just how profound the demand for #agedcare workers will be in about six years - the more #educated you are, the more you will earn - the data demonstrates men are still struggling talking about #mentalhealth - to succeed in the future, we will be best set up if we have the right technical #skills and training, the right personal #qualities, and be in the right stage, and - how seen we all felt, regardless of our #generation
