🌏 🏢 Speeding up the real estate industry’s shift to combat global climate change demands that we tackle obstacles hindering the adoption of net-zero building technology. Obstacles such as lack of awareness, initial cost barriers, resistance to change, regulatory complexities, and constrained supply chains are substantial challenges, but they are not insurmountable. ⭐ Visionary leaders, experts, and progressive companies have an essential role to play in hastening the transition toward a more sustainable built environment. Through raising awareness, advocating for regulatory reforms, and investing in eco-friendly supply chains, it is possible to tackle these barriers.
